Coaching Philosophy My coaching philosophy prioritizes the unique needs of each athlete and enables them to master the basics of fitness and health. Focus on athletes, collaboration, and adaptability form the foundation of my relationships with the athletes I coach. I am committed to continuous learning to ensure my coaching methods are always based on current science and best practices.
Coaching Style Athlete Focused:Â I employ a wholistic approach to educate athletes and support them in all areas of health and well-being. Nutrition/hydration, family, and recovery are all important aspects of a well-balanced training program.
Collaboration:Â I involve athletes in decision-making about their training and development while guiding them to achieve their own goals.
Adaptability:Â I tailor my coaching style to the needs of each athlete because the best training session is the one athletes execute properly, and an athlete is only ever as good as what they can recover from.

* Three years as a Tour de France Courier
* Two participations – Tour of Flanders & Paris-Roubaix Randonnée
* Three years as a qualified personal trainer
* One year as a secondary school strength & conditioning coach
