Our triathlon training camps are the perfect opportunity to push your limits alongside like-minded athletes, building fitness and strength in stunning locations. Who Are Endurance Lab Training Camps For?

Endurance Lab offers a range of training camps throughout the year, giving athletes the chance to escape to warmer or picturesque destinations for focused triathlon training. Our camps cater to a wide range of abilities, with daily sessions tailored to suit different fitness levels. Groups are formed based on ability unless the camp has a specific target audience. Our dedicated coaching team ensures that everyone makes the most of their time away, regardless of experience or skill level.

For 2025, we’re introducing new camps throughout the year, most of which will accommodate athletes of all abilities. This flexible approach allows you to choose the camp that best fits your schedule and goals.

What to Expect from an Endurance Lab Training Camp

  • 👥 Personalized Attention: We maintain a maximum athlete-to-coach ratio of 8:1 to ensure individualized feedback and support.

  • 🏊 🚴 🏃 Expert Guidance on Swim, Bike, and Run Sessions: Get individual and group feedback to fine-tune your technique and performance.

  • 💬 Dedicated Coaching Support: Spend time discussing specifics with our experienced coaching team.

  • 🔄 Balanced Training Sessions: A mix of intense workouts, endurance-based efforts, and technique-focused sets, all with a clear purpose behind each session.

  • 📚 Education on Endurance Lab Methodology: Learn the “why” behind the training to maximize your progress.

  • 🕒 Flexible Training Load: Most days include 3-6 hours of training, but you can always choose to skip or adjust sessions as needed. Coaches will advise you on volume and intensity to match your fitness level, goals, and current ability.

  • 🥤 Expert Advice on Equipment and Nutrition: Get recommendations tailored to your needs.

  • ☀️ Chasing the Sun: While we can’t promise perfect weather, our camp locations are chosen for their likelihood of sunshine!
