    The Endurance Fruit Bar is an indispensable snack for long-duration exercises, even in high-temperature conditions. It combines the natural sugars of fruit with fast and intermediate absorption sugars that are released in different phases, allowing for glycemic replenishment and maintenance of energy levels for longer periods.

    As the training progresses, energy reserves, especially sugars (glycogen), decrease, affecting blood sugar levels, and consequently, the overall performance of the athlete. This decrease is greater with higher intensity and duration of exercise. Depletion of glycogen reserves, combined with decreased blood sugar, leads to fatigue, easy tiredness, lack of motivation to continue competing, lack of concentration, etc.

    How to use?


    Consume one to two bars during training as an immediate source of energy. Drink plenty of water.
