You don’t have to memorize your Endurance Lab workouts! On devices compatible with the Garmin.FIT file format, you can load these electronic workouts directly to your device and be prompted through each step of the activity. A formal EL plan is not required to take advantage of these workouts, and you can create your custom plan with this library. We recommend you review Understanding Your Run or Triathlon Plan and Intensity Guidelines for Running or Triathlon before using these workouts. Please note that this library is not necessary for bike and run workouts if you have already purchased an Endurance Lab structured workout plan, as a daily workout file is already included for export to your device. These workouts are also available directly in TrainingPeaks for automatic device sync with an Endurance Lab Subscription
