    What sets this bar apart from others on the market is its salty taste, providing between 195-197 mg of sodium per bar. This replenishment of lost sodium during physical activity is extremely important, preventing hyponatremia (low plasma sodium concentrations).

    These bars provide between 16-20 g of carbohydrates per bar, with 13-16 g of sugars and about 49 mg of caffeine per bar, allowing for the supply of rapidly absorbed energy. Endurance Salt Bars contain glutamine and branched-chain amino acids in their composition, contributing to minimizing muscle breakdown resulting from physical exercise and assisting in recovery afterward. They also contain taurine and caffeine, allowing for more effective muscle contraction, increased concentration, and delaying the onset of fatigue.
