    Boost Plus Energy Gel GoldNutrition® combines two types of carbohydrates: maltodextrin and fructose, in a 2:1 ratio between glucose and fructose. Glucose and fructose use different transporters to pass from the intestine to the bloodstream. When glucose is consumed in amounts exceeding 60g/h, its transporter may become saturated, leading to gastrointestinal disorders and consequently, decreased performance. Therefore, this combination allows for better energy utilization, as has been verified in various sports.
