- Mix 1 serving (4 scoops) with 500 ml of water to create a drink containing 90g of carbohydrates. Most endurance athletes require up to 90g of carbohydrates per hour during high-intensity activity — consume 1 serving per hour to meet this need.

Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Refunds
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If we are at fault, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
