We ship to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom, and all countries within the European Union.

Republic of Ireland (ROI) – Nationwide
Northern Ireland (NI)
United Kingdom (UK Mainland)
All EU Member States

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable carriers to ensure fast, trackable delivery across Europe:

An Post – ROI & NI standard parcel delivery
DPD – Express tracked delivery across ROI, NI, UK, and Europe
FedEx – Priority & oversized parcels, selected EU destinations

Carrier selection depends on your location, parcel size/weight, and service speed.

4. Dispatch Times

We dispatch orders Monday–Friday (excluding Irish public holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 (GMT) → usually dispatched the same business day
Orders placed after 12:00 → dispatched next business day

During peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday), dispatch may take slightly longer.

5. Delivery Times (Estimated After Dispatch)

An Post Standard: 1–3 business days
DPD Express: 1–2 business days
FedEx Priority: Next business day (where available)

United Kingdom

DPD / FedEx Tracked: 2–5 business days
(Customs may add 1–2 days depending on location)

European Union

Delivery times vary by country:

DPD EU Standard: 3–7 business days
FedEx Europe Priority: 1–3 business days

Remote areas may require additional time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

Parcel weight
Selected service (Standard / Express)

Express (DPD): from €10
FREE over €50

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

Standard (DPD/FedEx): from €20

Standard EU delivery: from €10

7. Tracking Information

All orders include full tracking.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with:

Carrier name
Tracking link
Estimated delivery window

Tracking may take a few hours to activate after dispatch.

8. Customs & Import Duties

Ireland & EU Deliveries

No customs charges apply within the EU.

United Kingdom & Non-EU Countries

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to:

Import duties
VAT
Customs processing fees

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

9. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery costs may apply.

Missed Delivery / Failed Delivery Attempts

Carriers may attempt delivery multiple times or deliver to a collection point.
Uncollected parcels returned to us may require payment of a re-shipping fee.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:

Email info@endurancelab.ie within 48 hours
Include photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
- Damaged or missing items
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate

10. Split Shipments

Large or multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels at no additional cost.
You will receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.
