Nduranz Energy Gel 45g Carbohydrate is a high-carbohydrate energy gel for runners, cyclists, triathletes, and endurance athletes comparing compact fuel for longer training sessions and race-day plans. Each 75g gel provides 45g carbohydrate from a glucose-fructose blend, plus electrolytes including sodium and chloride.
The gel is available in Lemon, Orange, Tropical, Strawberry, and Unflavored variants across single serves, packs, and boxes. Compare it with lower-carbohydrate gels, caffeine gels, drink mixes, and electrolyte tablets based on carbohydrate target, flavour preference, portability, and how you have tested the product in training.
How to use
- Use as part of a planned fuelling strategy for running, cycling, triathlon, and long endurance sessions.
- Each 75g gel provides 45g carbohydrate, 460mg sodium, and 525mg chloride.
- Take with water as needed and test the gel in training before using it on race day.

Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened packages
- Damaged or soiled items
- Products not in original packaging
- Used or partially consumed nutrition products
- Items returned incomplete
Refunds
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact info@endurancelab.ie within 48 hours.
If we are at fault, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
