These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “T&Cs”) govern all purchases made on the website Endurancelab.ie (the “Website”), operated by:

Hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”, “Endurance Lab Shop”, “we”, or “us”.

The individual or legal entity purchasing products via the Website is referred to as “the Buyer”, “Customer”, or “you”.

By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the online sale of sports nutrition products, supplements, food items, and endurance-related equipment offered on Endurancelab.ie.

Any order placed implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Prices & Promotions

• All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT) unless stated otherwise.

• Shipping costs are displayed during checkout prior to payment.

• The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time before the order is confirmed.

• Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

• Promotional products may be excluded from additional discounts or voucher usage.

• Errors in pricing resulting from human or technical error may lead to cancellation of the order with full refund to the Buyer.

3. Orders

3.1. Order Process

Customers can place orders by adding products to their cart and completing checkout. Before payment, the Buyer will:

• Review the items and quantities

• Provide delivery information

• Accept these Terms

• Complete payment

A confirmation email summarising the order will be sent automatically after payment.

3.2. Order Acceptance

The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order, including:

• Product unavailability

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

• Incorrect information provided by the Buyer

3.3. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided.

Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods include:

• Mastercard

• American Express

• PayPal

• Apple Pay / Google Pay

• Other Shopify-supported payment gateways

All payments are processed securely via encrypted channels.
Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Irish law (Consumer Rights Act 2022):

5.1. Standard Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason.

5.2. Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or unsealed nutrition products (e.g., powders, gels, bars, supplements)

• Perishable items

• Products damaged by the Customer

• Items not returned in original packaging

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal.

5.4. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Shipping and return costs are non-refundable unless:

• The product was incorrect, damaged, or faulty

• The Seller is at fault

5.5. Improper Returns

We reserve the right to refuse future orders from Customers who abuse the returns policy.

6. Delivery

6.1. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges vary by country and are displayed clearly at checkout.

6.2. Shipping Times

• Orders placed before 12:00 (GMT) typically ship within 24–48 hours.

• No shipping occurs on weekends or public holidays.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or external factors. The Seller is not liable for such delays.

6.3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Ireland, the UK, EU member states, and other regions listed on our shipping information page.

6.4. Shipping Partner

Deliveries are handled by reputable carriers such as:

• An Post

• DPD

• DHL

• UPS
  (Depending on the destination)

The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the package.

7. Guarantees

Products supplied may benefit from:

• The legal guarantee of conformity

• The legal guarantee against hidden defects

• A manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable

These guarantees do not apply if:

• The Buyer misuses the product

• Items were modified, opened, or altered improperly

• Damage results from poor storage or handling

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• Any mandatory consumer rights under EU or Irish law

9. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Irish law.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on endurancelab.ie, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Briteshopper Limited or its licensors.
