FUELLING GUIDE:

SWIM: Pre-fuel with 2 x Drink Mix 320. Drink early and slowly from wake up to race start.

BIKE: 2 x 500ml Bottle with 4 x Drink Mix 160, supplement the fluid fuelling with 1 x Solid 160, 1 x Solid C 160, 3 x GEL 100 over the duration of the bike course.
