Directions of use

Tear open and consume 1-3 gels per hour during exercise, ideally alongside water or a hydration drink like HIGH5 ZERO.

  • If you are going to undergo a scheduled surgical procedure, stop taking the product 2 weeks in advance and inform your doctor.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
