HIGH5 Energy Gel fuels your performance by delivering a concentrated dose of carbohydrates, the body’s preferred energy source during exercise. Once consumed, the carbohydrates are rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream as glucose, where they are used by your muscles to produce energy. This quick supply of fuel helps delay fatigue and keeps you moving efficiently.

In addition, the gel contains electrolytes such as sodium chloride, which play a crucial role in fluid balance and muscle function. Ingredients

Glucose Syrup, Water, Maltodextrin, Fruit Juice Concentrate (Mango 2%, Lemon), Natural Flavouring, Acidity Regulators (Citric acid, Sodium Citrates), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Sea Salt, Vitamin B6.

Directions of use

Tear open the sachet and consume up to three gels per hour during exercise, adjusting if also using a sports drink.

  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, contact your doctor before taking this product.
  • If you are going to undergo a scheduled surgical procedure, stop taking the product 2 weeks in advance and inform your doctor.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

If we are at fault, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
